I love this name for a boy. It is originally male. I first heard this name when I read a novel My Lady's Pleasure by Julia Justiss the charactor-Teagan Michael Shane- was a rouge,handsome,irish gambler. There is a Dr. at the hospital I work at and his name is Teagan,we call him Dr.Teags he is hot! When my brother was stationed in Ireland he sent me a bunch of baby name books Teagan was listed as handsome,poet or bard, Gaelic for Timothy. My son is now named Teagan! after his big cousin Tim! It is perfect.
